We have set out below an indication of our pricing structure for certain transactions. There may be additional disbursements payable as these are case dependent, but these will be set out to you in your quotation.

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING:

Up to £200,0000 – £795 plus vat and disbursements

£200,001 – £300,000 – £845 plus vat and disbursements

£300,001 – £400,000 – £945 plus vat and disbursements

£400,001 – £500,000 – £1045 plus vat and disbursements

£500,001 – £600,000 – £1200 plus vat and disbursements

Over £600,000 – please contact us for a quotation

PROBATE:

Our probate fees are charged at an hourly rate, to ensure that you only pay for what we do, rather than taking a percentage of the estate.

Our fees for a straightforward probate where there are less than 3 beneficiaries, and 2 bank accounts, start at £995 plus vat and disbursements.
